In his capacity as the Technical and Commercial Director, Ernani Paludo brings to the table a chemical engineering background and an MBA from UFRGS, accumulating over three decades of experience in the paints industry. Notably, he has held significant roles such as Quality Director at Dupont (Axalta Coatings), where he successfully introduced ‘Lean Thinking’ in 2002, leaving a lasting impact on the global adoption of the Dupont Production System. Furthermore, Ernani has dedicated the past decade to his role as an independent Lean Consultant in Brazil.
