With a career marked by leadership roles in renowned companies, Rogério Auad has introduced significant innovations in the paint and petrochemical industry. His experience spans from overseeing critical production processes to strategic managing functions, enabling him to recognize and address emerging technological demands, shaping the future of the paint industry.
Technical and Commercial Director
Ernani Paludo, our Technical and Commercial Director, is a chemical engineer with an MBA from UFRGS and over 32 years of experience in the paint industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held positions such as Quality Director at Dupont (Axalta Coatings), where he introduced “Lean Thinking” in 2002, significantly influencing Dupont’s Production System to adopt this globally. Additionally, he has been an independent Lean Consultant in Brazil for the past decade.
