CEO
Throughout a career that includes leadership and senior positions at renowned companies, Rogério Auad has introduced significant innovations in the paint and petrochemical industries. His experience spans critical stages of the production line through to management roles. This insight has enabled Rogério to recognize and address emerging technological needs, helping shape the future of the paint industry.
Technical and Commercial Director
Ernani Paludo, Technical and Commercial Director, is a chemical engineer with an MBA from UFRGS and more than 32 years of experience in the paint industry. Throughout his distinguished career, he has held roles such as Quality Director at DuPont (Axalta Coatings) and introduced Lean Thinking to the company in 2002, influencing the global adoption of the DuPont Production System. He has also worked as an independent Lean consultant in Brazil for a decade.
